Why Speak When You Can Workshop?
My rule of thumb - whenever possible, never speak for more than 10 minutes without getting everybody in the room moving!
Besides, when you’re learning something by only using your ears, you’ll likely remember less than half of the material. Why not engage all the senses and get the most out of your training?

How Long are the Workshops?
Most workshops are designed to be at least 50 minutes. Some are best done in multiple parts and can take up to 2 to 4 hours if you choose. These workshops are customizable to your event, so let’s chat about what makes the most sense for your team or event.
IN-PERSON Events
Interactive workshops ideal for groups between 8 to 40 participants
Choose from pre-created concepts or work with me on creating a custom workshop for your team.

Interactive online workshops are best for groups of between 4 and 8 people at a time. (Can do multiple groups to accommodate larger groups sizes)
Great for one-off, basic team training.
Also ideal taking a big idea and engaging week-by-week in order to make the most impact for your team.

Well, as the joke goes, public speaking is the nation’s number one fear, second only to death… meaning most would rather be in the coffin than give the eulogy.
